There’s a high quality midweek slate for daily fantasy football managers to assess with one key question that needs addressing – can you afford to accommodate Cristiano Ronaldo in those  Champions League line-ups?

If you decide to include him, you will have to make plenty of sacrifices elsewhere, while if you choose to fade him, you will be have the option of a more balanced line-up, salary wise.

It will probably boil down to the type of contest you are entering but his ownership levels are likely to be through the roof nevertheless.

Elsewhere, Chelsea versus Paris St Germain promises to be a terrific return match as well and the runaway Ligue 1 leaders have been installed as slight favourites by the bookmakers for the Stamford Bridge encounter.
