Chasing Another Green Arrow
FPL troops ready for GW6
It was a good weekend for Wanderers who recorded another green arrow, thanks to Eden Hazard’s heroics.
The Belgian ace linked up brilliantly with Olivier Giroud, who had replaced the frustrating Álvaro Morata and the French World Cup winner is expected to retain his place for the trip to the London Stadium this weekend. Calling time on the Spaniard’s stay in any Fantasy Premier League squad therefore seems like a logical decision.
Arsenal’s Henrikh Mkhitaryan has also failed to tie down a starting berth despite his early season promise.
So, even though Arsenal do appear to have some ‘soft’ fixtures on paper over the next few gameweeks, hanging onto the Armenian international just looks too risky so Wanderers have transferred in his team-mate Alexandre Lacazette, while Richarlison is also brought back into the fray after serving his suspension.
Elsewhere, injuries to Tom Cairney and Benjamin Mendy may need to be addressed sooner rather than later to avoid a lack of bench options going forward, while Mo Salah gets another chance to justify his expensive price tag by donning the coveted captain’s armband.
